Jaquelyn Preciado

Driven by a genuine passion for justice and client advocacy, Jaquelyn Preciado thrives in the fast-paced world of personal injury litigation. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she bridges communication gaps and ensures every client feels heard, understood, and supported.

Jaquelyn began her legal career in 2015 and discovered her calling in personal injury law in 2020. Her journey started in litigation, later expanding into pre-litigation work, but she now confidently calls litigation her true passion. She thrives in the environment of the superior courts, where she plays a key role in supporting litigation strategy and case development, enjoys the intricacies of discovery work, and values one-on-one conversations with clients, which allow her to better understand their experiences, provide reassurance, and offer some relief during a challenging time.

Jaquelyn holds three associate degrees—in Arts and Behavioral Science, Arts and Humanities, and Communications—and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications. She is also enrolled in paralegal courses and participates in a pre-law scholars program, with plans to attend law school in the near future.

For Jaquelyn, this is much more than a job—it’s a passion. She finds deep fulfillment in educating clients who may lack legal knowledge, helping them feel empowered during challenging times. The greatest reward comes not only from the heartfelt “thank yous” of her clients but also from the trust and referrals she receives from family and friends seeking her guidance. To Jaquelyn, these moments of appreciation are a powerful reminder that her work makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
